Hassaan Khan is a core team member of APEX. He has worked on a number of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research projects including baselines, evaluation, prevalence surveys, opinion surveys, and impact assessments for RSPN, IRC, PBOS, and PPAF. While working on these assignments, he acquired rich experience in research and survey designing and implementation. Developing an understanding of various thematic issues such as education, health, socioeconomic, and poverty, he understands the value of primary and secondary research. He is M.Phil in Economics, his expertise includes monitoring and evaluation, qualitative and quantitative research, managing and supervising field surveys, and data quality assurance.
